Hojicha Powder is a Japanese roasted green tea with a nutty caramel aroma and flavour. This Hojicha has been roasted over charcoal for a true authentic flavour. We recommend that Hojicha is blended with milk as a latte or used in baking and deserts.

Japanese Matcha is tea leaves that have been ground to a fine powder. This ceremonial grade is made using only the finest tea leaves and buds which have been shade-grown to produce an intense and sweet flavour and turn the Matcha a vibrant green colour. This Matcha has been produced without the use of artificial fertilisers or pesticides.
Grown organically and ground to a fine powder, it is suitable for both drinking and cooking.

1. Heat water to 80°C.
2. Sieve one teaspoon of Matcha into a cup.
3. Gently pour 200ml of water onto the matcha.
4. Mix with a whisk until a light foam is created on the surface.
5. Serve immediately.
