Description
Osmanthus Oolong is a delicately scented green oolong infused with osmanthus flowers. the flavour of the tea is bright, sweet and fruity, with floral aroma and a bright yellow brew.
The Osmanthus flower is a symbol of romance in Taiwanese culture, and Osmanthus Oolong is a traditional wedding tea in Taiwan.
Use 1 tsp per cup, brew for 3-4mins in a water temp 80-90 degrees. Do not use boiling water as this will result in a bitter brew.
