The Dragon Pearls are hand twisted and dried into tea balls. When steeped in hot water, the tea balls slowly unfurl into a blossom. This tea has a bold copper colour with a fine floral flavour and a smooth bodied taste.
Use 3-4 pearls per cup, the water temperature should be 75-85 degrees, do not use boiling water as this will make the tea taste bitter. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
You can use the leaves multiple times.
