Description
Silver needle is one of the most revered of Chinese teas, it is harvested for only a few days in early spring. The spring buds are simply withered and dried naturally over 4 days. The dedication to quality is evident in the pale, ivory colour. The tea is refreshing, sweet and airy on the palate.
Silver needle is best steeped for 5 minutes at 80 degrees, leaves can be used multiple times.
