Jasmine tea has a heritage to China’s Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Jasmine wiry green tea is a traditional scented jasmine tea, prized for its sweetness, fragrance and delicately achieved flavour balance between the floral blossoms and the delicate tea leaves.
Use 1 tsp per cup, the water temperature should be 75-85 degrees, do not use boiling water as this will make the tea taste bitter. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
